Dark Mole Pork Empanada (sweet)

Dark Mole Pork Empanada is made with our traditional Cassava crust filled with Baked Pork tenderloin in a dressing sauce (Mole), made with guajillo dried pepper, pasilla dried pepper, ancho dried pepper, onion, garlic and it is sweetened with cocoa powder and brown sugar. It is a delicious Mexican dish resulting from the mix of spaniard and mexican ingredients.

Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes) and sea salt.

Filling: pork tenderloins, onions, guajillo pepper, ancho pepper, pasilla pepper, garlic, cocoa powder, brown sugar and salt.
