Wild Mushroom w/sage Empanada is made with our traditional cassava crust filled with roasted Portobella, Shiitake, Oyster, and Cremini mushrooms with yellow peppers seasoned with sage and dill. This is a wonderful combination of mushrooms flavors, a meaty texture and flavorful filling.
We have reduced the size of the empanada, so it will not lose its shape during preparation and cooking.

Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes) and sea salt.
Filling: Portobella mushrooms, Shiitake mushrooms, Cremini mushrooms, yellow peppers, sage, fresh dill, black pepper and sea salt.
