Corn w/ cheese Empanada

This Corn w/cheese Empanada is made with our traditional Cassava crust filled with roasted corn, onions and bell peppers; then it is mix with mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.

We have reduced the size of this empanada, so they will not lose their shape,  so plan 3 empanadas per meal.

Crust: Cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes), sea salt, black pepper.

Filling: Corn, onions, epazote, black pepper, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, sea salt, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch) and cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, guar gum, carob bean, xanthan gum).

Allergens: contains dairy, soy, eggs. Prepared in a facility that processes nuts.
