Fruit Cake mini Empanada

Fruit Cake mini empanada is made with our traditional cassava crust filled with pear, apricot and red apple marinated overnight with brandy (liquor) then spiced with cinnamon, pecans, grape raisins, orange peels, dates, sugar and cherry raisins.
They are definitely worth the overnight wait.

Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes), sea salt.

Filling: Pear, red apple, apricot, grape raisins, cherry raisins, pecans, orange peels, dates, brown sugar, cinnamon and brandy (liquor).
