Sweet Pumpkin Mini Empanada

The Sweet Pumpkin empanada is made with our traditional cassava crust, seasoned with cinnamon, pumpkin seasoning, then it is filled with boiled pumpkin seasoned with cinnamon and unrefined sugar cane. It is a perfect holiday treat!!!

Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes), sea salt, pumpkin seasoning and cinnamon.

Filling: Pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric and cane sugar. 

Allergens: contains dairy, eggs. Prepared in a facility that processes nuts.
