Do not thaw. Pre-heat oven to 425 F. Place frozen empanadas or rolls 2 inches apart on a non-stick cookie sheet*.

Empanadas: bake for 20-25 minutes, until top is lightly brown AND bottom is golden brown. 

Mini empanadas (eg. Guava mini): bake for 15-18 minutes until top is lightly brown AND bottom is golden brown.

Cassava Rolls: bake for 15-20 minutes until top starts brown, bottom is golden brown and the rolls begin to crack open.

*A silicone baking mat is the best for preventing your baked goodies from sticking to the baking sheet. Parchment paper or cooking spray work too.

Remove pizza from all packaging and shrink wrap. Set oven rack to middle position and preheat to 400 F. Place frozen pizza on a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake pizza for 12 minutes, or until cheese just starts to brown.

Apple: cinnamon sprinkle.

Beef: plain crust.

Chicken and pastured chicken: chipotle sprinkle.

Bacon Egg: bacon bits.

Greek: kalamata olive.

Guava mini: plain.

Huevos Rancheros (vegetarian): red bean.

Huevos Rancheros (with steak): sesame seeds and chipotle sprinkle.

Pork: carrot strips.

Pastured pork: carrot strips and chipotle sprinkle.

Pastured bacon egg: bacon bit and chipotle sprinkle.

Sausage:oregano sprinkle.

Spinach: spinach bits.

Steak: sesame seeds.

Tomato Chicken: tomato chicken strip.

Veggie: parmesan shreds.

Place your order online and choose "free store pickup" at checkout (make sure your shipping address is in Illinois).

We are located at 3929 N Central Park Ave. Chicago, IL 60618 (just off of Irving and Elston). Street parking is available on both sides of Central park Ave. Call or text on arrival and we'll bring your order out to your car.

If you live in Chicago (no suburbs) we can courier your frozen order and avoid shipping with UPS. (For delivery of ready to eat food, please click here for our catering page.)

Courier delivery is currently available MON-FRI, noon to 6:00 pm. We'll text you before sending out the courier.
