My wife has celiac and eating out has been a no go since Chicago has so few GF restaurants. Cassava to the rescue with a wonderful variety of empanadas to satisfy everyone. We've tried most of the flavors and are really happy with all the new flavors that keep coming out (they are great). Everyone looks forward to empanada night in our house!

My son has Celiac and we all love the empanadas and the pizza's. He has never gotten sick. We love the egg and bacon for breakfast and almost every flavor of the meat and/or veggie variety. Great service and fast shipping.

On our last order, we got the Cubano and thought we had found our favorite. Then we got the Irish pot roast and wow! It is getting harder and harder to pick a favorite. Keep up the excellent work!

Cassava empanadas are so good, I want to eat theme every day. I wake up thinking about them, and after I finish the last bite, I'm sad that it's over. I almost wish I had never found them. (But I'm glad I did!)

My son has celiac disease and we are always looking for great-tasting gluten-free foods that are easy to prepare. We all love them! The flavor, the ingredients are fantastic. We order breakfast and dinner items and pizza. He has not gotten sick.

I have been a fan/patron since the brick-and-mortar location on Clark (2015?). I was disappointed to see the storefront close, but I am so grateful that it’s still possible to enjoy these delicious empanadas!

As someone with celiac, I am always excited to find places that can accommodate gluten free — and being a dedicated gluten-free facility brings so much piece of mind.

Cassava has gotten me through my first trimester and postpartum time — twice. My husband and I love the Greek chicken, roasted veggie, Cubano, roasted pork, adobo chicken, and so many more! Their cinnamon rolls were a pregnancy craving with my first. You really can’t go wrong!

I never knew what an empanada was before finding these on a gluten free search. I have been a customer for 10 years. Just about everything I've tried has been very good, my favorites are the sausage and angus steak empanadas. All are excellent, really. Some of the new ones are great too, I don't want to name my favorite because I don't want them to run out! Do yourself a favor and get some of the chocolate rolls, they are amazing. Better than home made chocolate chip cookies. Seriously!

I love the variety of flavors. My favorite are the Bacon & Egg and Guava Cream Cheese, but I really hope the Cheesy Chicken will become a regular flavor.

I pop a couple in the air fryer at 400 for 13 minutes and eat them with an avocado on the side.

These were sooo good! We’re really happy you will have them delivered to the suburbs!

I eat this for supper every Sunday cooked it my air fryer. I've tried many different kinds and have liked all of them.
