Classic Empanadas: bake for 22-26 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown. In some ovens, 400 F for 5 extra minutes works best. Cassava dough is chewy and dense, but if they seem too gooey, try cooking them longer.
Mini empanadas (eg. Guava mini): bake for 14-16 minutes until top is lightly brown or guava just starts to ooze.
Cassava Rolls: bake for 15-18 minutes until bottom is golden brown and the rolls begin to crack open. Chocolate rolls are done as soon as chocolate starts oozing out. Experiment cooking the Jalapeño, original and bacon rolls longer to a crispier texture.
Pizzas: Remove pizza from all packaging and shrink wrap. Set oven rack to middle position and preheat to 400 F. Place frozen pizza on a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake pizza for 12 minutes, or until cheese just starts to brown.
Mini Cinnamon Rolls: preheat oven to 400 F. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until dough is light brown.
