I would do it again!

I have been enjoying these empanadas almost since the start of the business. I am happy to see that they have onnly gotten better and have added new and delicious choices. I especially love the al pastor, amarillo pork and Carribean beef. Oh yes, I also find the dessert empanadas and rolls irresistible. I don’t think of these as something I buy be ause I need gluten free food. I wouldn’t want to miss the unique taste and texture of the cheese bread pastry crust no matter if I need gluten free or not. Wonderful to see a good thing just get better over the years.

I enjoy my empanadas more than ever — the new flavors as well as the classics. The cheese bread crust has its own unique taste and texture. The emoanadas and rolls add variety and excitement to my everyday meals.

Wow! Delicious empanadas. Very fairly priced for what you are getting. The dough is delicious and my favorite part. The different varieties of empanadas are excellent as there are many to choose from. Can’t really go wrong with any of them. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. These empanadas are amazing, and have quickly gained a top spot in our meal rotation. The bacon egg and cheese and huevos rancheros are perfect on-the-go breakfasts, and every other flavor is a hearty and satisfying lunch or dinner all on its own.

We love cassava in our home. It's the best feeling after daycare pickup when we know "Wait! there's cassava in the freezer' - But now I've start gifting the starter pack for people with new babies or need an easy dinner. Love sharing this easy meal with friends.

So delicious and I love that the entire family loves these. Friends too. Breakfast egg and bacon are our favorite but we've not tried one we've not liked. My son has Celiac and has never had a bad reaction. Super safe.

We love love having an easy weeknight meal that is gluten free and can be vegetarian. It’s something our whole house enjoys. We love picking out our flavors, love eating them, and especially love that moment driving home when we remember there is cassava in the freezer. What a treat.

I’m obsessed with these. I’m gluten free so these are such a life saver. So delicious and so addicting.

As someone with celiac it's sometimes hard to grab lunch while at work, but scheduling takeout from Cassava was easy and they'll heat it right up for you. Thumbs up for taste too!

I can’t get enough of these! The fact that they’re so wonderfully delicious and made with wholesome non-GMO and GF ingredients is just simply amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone with a desire to eat delicious food with clean ingredients! Kudos to Jorge for making such quality product!

Everything was delicious, as usual!!

My wife has celiac and eating out has been a no go since Chicago has so few GF restaurants. Cassava to the rescue with a wonderful variety of empanadas to satisfy everyone. We've tried most of the flavors and are really happy with all the new flavors that keep coming out (they are great). Everyone looks forward to empanada night in our house!

My son has Celiac and we all love the empanadas and the pizza's. He has never gotten sick. We love the egg and bacon for breakfast and almost every flavor of the meat and/or veggie variety. Great service and fast shipping.

On our last order, we got the Cubano and thought we had found our favorite. Then we got the Irish pot roast and wow! It is getting harder and harder to pick a favorite. Keep up the excellent work!
