I have a gluten allergy and have been a customer of Cassava for more than a decade. I eat a lot of their empanadas, especially in the winter. They taste great and are about as healthy as frozen foods can get. No gluten or seed oils, which is foundational for good health. They have a wide variety of choices for their empanadas, and their chocolate rolls are amazing as well. My favorite are the Ruben empanadas, which they only have once in a while. But others like their beef or chicken are great too. This is a great business with great tasting, healthy food!

As already written several times here, in our family and among our friends, we love all of Cassava’s vegetarian empanadas!
Today I want to also point out, that imo their (vegetarian) pizzas are my fave pizza hereabouts. Usually I do not much care for American pizzas, even most of the ones which claim to be “Italian”.
But these ones here is so different, and at the same time so much better!
The crust is perfect, and the toppings are flavorful, but nit overwhelming… It is our go-to delicious quick-meal.

Used to frequent the Clark st store and so glad I can still get them after I moved. The beef and cheddar empanadas are the best, and the chocolate rolls are a crowd favorite.

Texture and flavor were spot on!

My wife and I love the flavours and the textures from the empanadas. Always such a treat. Don’t forget to get the chimichurri!!

Gluten Free Empanadas or Not, they stand in their own! Robust taste and texture! Good Work Team!

I ordered a few dozen Pao de Queijo for a group dinner, and they were a huge hit. The cooking instructions were very clear and they turned out great.
One improvement could be with the pickup information. The website footer, order form, order confirmation email, and order pickup email all had slightly different times for when it could be picked up, so that was confusing.
All in all, I will definitely order again!

I used to frequent the Clark restaurant and was very happy to discover I can still order these! the Mediterranean chicken and olive and roasted veggie are my favorite, but there are a lot more to try. 2 of these along with a salad makes a great meal!

The variety of flavors and quick and easy shipping is great. Perfect for a busy family to have more options for a healthy and flavorful quick meal. We restock our freezer with these every few months. Customer service is also top notch.

I have been enjoying these empanadas almost since the start of the business. I am happy to see that they have onnly gotten better and have added new and delicious choices. I especially love the al pastor, amarillo pork and Carribean beef. Oh yes, I also find the dessert empanadas and rolls irresistible. I don’t think of these as something I buy be ause I need gluten free food. I wouldn’t want to miss the unique taste and texture of the cheese bread pastry crust no matter if I need gluten free or not. Wonderful to see a good thing just get better over the years.

Wow! Delicious empanadas. Very fairly priced for what you are getting. The dough is delicious and my favorite part. The different varieties of empanadas are excellent as there are many to choose from. Can’t really go wrong with any of them. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. These empanadas are amazing, and have quickly gained a top spot in our meal rotation. The bacon egg and cheese and huevos rancheros are perfect on-the-go breakfasts, and every other flavor is a hearty and satisfying lunch or dinner all on its own.

We love cassava in our home. It's the best feeling after daycare pickup when we know "Wait! there's cassava in the freezer' - But now I've start gifting the starter pack for people with new babies or need an easy dinner. Love sharing this easy meal with friends.

So delicious and I love that the entire family loves these. Friends too. Breakfast egg and bacon are our favorite but we've not tried one we've not liked. My son has Celiac and has never had a bad reaction. Super safe.

We love love having an easy weeknight meal that is gluten free and can be vegetarian. It’s something our whole house enjoys. We love picking out our flavors, love eating them, and especially love that moment driving home when we remember there is cassava in the freezer. What a treat.
