Birria Beef empanada is made with our traditional cassava crust. Birria is a Mexican red stew made with beef. The beef is marinated in a red sauce made with ancho pepper, pasilla pepper, tomato, oregano, bay leaves, black pepper, garlic, cumin, thyme and salt; then it is slow cooked for at least 3 hours.
