Fresh Portobella, Shiitake, Oyster, and Cremini mushrooms blended with 90 day aged Sheep and Cows milk Gorgonzola. This is a wonderful combination of umami flavors, a meaty texture, and flavorful creaminess. Very fresh and minimal ingredients.
Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes), sea salt, mushrooms (identifier).
