Pork Egg Roll Empanada


Pork Egg roll Empanada is made with our traditional cassava crust filled with a cassava version of a asian egg roll filling made with pork Italian Sausage and roasted white cabbage and carrots, cooked with fresh garlic, ginger, black pepper, anis, GF soy sauce and to add an Asian taste we added lemon grass.

Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes) and sea salt.

Filling: pork steak, Italian sausage (pork, salt, water, spices, fennel, garlic powder), white cabbage, carrots, lemon grass, paprika, black pepper, GF soy sauce (Soy, corn starch and salt ), fresh garlic, fresh ginger and sea salt.

Allergens: contains dairy, eggs, soy. Prepared in a facility that processes nuts.
