Sweet and Sour Chicken Empanada

Sweet and Sour Empanada is made with our traditional cassava crust filled with roasted chicken and pineapple covered with a sweet and sour sauce made with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, black pepper, apple cider vinegar and brown sugar.

Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes), sea salt.

Filling: chicken thighs, brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce (gluten free), apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper and spices.
