Amarillo Pork Empanada

Amarillo Pork Empanada is made with our traditional Cassava crust filled with Roasted Pork Shoulder marinated with a dressing sauce made with ancho dried pepper, fresh tomato, fresh onion and garlic, then it is garnished with roasted pineapple, cilantro and roasted yellow sweet corn.

Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes) and sea salt.

Filling: Pork shoulder, tomato, onions, ancho red pepper, tomato, pineapple, corn, cilantro, garlic and salt.

Allergens: contains eggs, dairy. Prepared in a facility that processes nuts.
