Eggplant Marinara Empanada is made with our traditional cassava crust filled with roasted eggplant, roasted mushrooms and Marinara sauce with fresh basil leaves.
Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes), sea salt.
Filling: Eggplant, Mushrooms, fresh garlic, onions, diced tomato (citric acid), salt, red pepper powder and fresh basil.
