Flaming Pork Empanada is made with our traditional Cassava crust filled with Slow cooked Pork Shoulder chunks in a hot sauce, made with Morita pepper, Ancho pepper, Arbol pepper, habanero pepper, fresh tomato, fresh onion and garlic. It is a Mexican flavor (medium spicy).
Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes) and sea salt.
Filling: pork shoulder, onions, Morita pepper, ancho pepper, Arbol pepper, Habanero pepper, tomato, garlic and salt.
Allergens: contains eggs, dairy. Prepared in a facility that processes nuts.
