Spiced Potato and Peas empanada is made with our traditional cassava crust filled with sauteed potato cubes, previously boiled, green peas, corn, green beans, red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, garlic, onions and spices. This spiced potato is one of the most popular samosa fillings.
Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes), sea salt, sesame seeds.
Filling: Potato, green peas, corn, green beans, red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, clove, cumin, curry powder, garlic, onion, red pepper powder, black pepper and salt.
