Zucchini Empanada is made with our traditional cassava crust filled with roasted green squash, zucchini and corn, spiced with onion, tomato, cilantro and garlic.
Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes), sea salt.
Filling: Green squash, zucchini, onion, tomato, garlic, cilantro and corn.
