Hello, Mexican street food! This pork gets marinated in a delicious sauce made with loads of mild & fruity guajillo peppers, mild & smokey ancho peppers, garlic, orange juice, and cloves. The pork is then combined with caramelized pineapple, cilantro and onions which gives this classic Mexican dish its unique flavor.
