Beef Barbacoa Empanada is made with our traditional cassava crust, filled with Black Angus chuck roast, slow-cooked for 4 hours, seasoned with bay leaves, garlic, black pepper, sea salt and oregano.

Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes), sea salt.

Filling: Black Angus beef, garlic, bay leaves, oregano, black pepper and sea salt.
