Adobo Pork Empanada is made with our traditional Cassava crust filled with Roasted Pork Shoulder, to add flavor and color we marinated it with a dressing sauce made with guajillo dried pepper, pasilla dried pepper, ancho dried pepper, fresh tomato, fresh onion and garlic. It is a delicious Mexican dish (medium spicy).
Crust: cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes) and sea salt.
Filling: pork shoulder, onions, guajillo pepper, ancho pepper, pasilla pepper, tomato, garlic and salt.
Allergens: contains eggs, dairy. Prepared in a facility that processes nuts.
