Thai Green Curry Empanada is made with our traditional cassava crust filled with chicken breast cooked in a thai green curry sauce ( coconut milk, basil, ginger, cumin, coriander, black peppercorn, shallot, fresh thai green pepper, serrano pepper, cilantro, lemon grass, lime leaves and garlic). Garnished with eggplant, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion and cilantro.
Crust: Cassava-root starch, rice flour, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, cellulose, potato starch), butter (cream, salt), eggs, tomato paste (tomatoes), sea salt, black pepper.
Filling: Chicken breast, coconut milk, ginger, onions, black peppercorn, garlic, cumin, red bell pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, sea salt, olive oil, basil, brown sugar, eggplant, basil, shallots, lemon grass, lime leaves, cilantro, thai peppers and serrano peppers.
